Ingredients
- Peppers
- 3 qt water
- 1 qt vinegar
- 1 cup salt
- Garlic cloves
- Onion
- Oregano
Instructions
- Prick each pepper with a pin.Do not handle without rubber gloves, it will blister.
- Soak peppers overnight in strong salt water,
Bring to a boil
- Water, salt and vinegar.
- Pack peppers in sterile jars; add garlic, onion and oregano.
- Pour vinegar solution over pepper.
- Seal and process in hot water bath.
