Ingredients
- 1½ cup flour
- 2 Tbs. baking powder
- 2 Tbs. corn starch
- 2 Tbs sugar
- ½ tsp salt
- 1¼ cup milk or buttermilk
- 2 Tbs. oil
- 1 egg
Instructions
- Blend ingredients.
- Pour ¾ cup batter for each pancake, onto medium hot pan or griddle.
- If you are not using a no stick pan, spray cooking oil lightly on pan before adding batter.
- Wait till you see bubbles popping on top, the flip the cake over.
- Makes about 16 5" pancakes.
