Ingredients
- 3 lb. Pork Tri-Tip (In the east aka. Boston Butt)
- Oil for browning
- Salt
- Pepper
- Barbecue Sauce (See AVK's Barbecue Sauce)
Instructions
- Cut in half for quicker cook time.
- Salt and pepper the roast.
- Brown in olive oil place in baking dish
- Add barbecue sauce
- Place foil loosely over top
- Bake at 350 for about 1½ hours or until done.
- Slice and serve.
