Ingredients
- 1 can Ortega chilis (10 oz size)
- 2 eggs
- ¼ (scant) c milk
- sharp cheese, grated
Instructions
- Slit side of chili, clean out seeds.
- Stuff with cheese.
- Place in layers in oblong baking dish.
- Pour slowly, mix milk and egg mixture over all.
- Bake 15-20 minutes at 400 degrees.
