Ingredients
- Wilt 1 head of cabbage in hot water.
- Mix:
- 1½ lb. ground beef
- 2 cups rice
- 2 eggs
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- 2 cans tomato sauce
Instructions
- Roll meat mixture into cabbage leaves.
- Place in large kettle.
- Cover with 2 cans tomato sauce
- Add 2 boullion cubes.
- Cook 30 minutes on low heat.
