Ingredients
- 6-8 country style ribs
- Oil
- Sauce:
- 1 cup vinegar
- 1 cup celery, chopped in blender
- 1 cup onion, chopped in blender
- 1 c sugar
- Enough catsup to make it red and saucy
Instructions
- Brown ribs in oil.
- Place in baking dish.
- In blender mix the remaining ingredients.
- Pour blender mixture over ribs.
- Bake at 350 until tender.
