Ingredients
- 4 lb roast cut in cubes
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 c. white vinegar
- 1 c. water
- ¼ c. chopped green pepper
- ¼ c. chopped canned pimiento
- 1 tsp. salt
- 12 oz. can crushed pineapple
- 2 eight oz. cans tomato sauce
- 4 Tbsp. cornstarch, mixed with 4 Tbsp. water
Instructions
- Brown cubed meat in sauce pan.
- Set aside pork.
- Combine other ingredients.
- Bring to a boil.
- Add pork.
- Simmer 45 minutes.
- Serve over rice.
