Ingredients
- Meat Balls:
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 small onion, grated
- 1 tsp. salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- 1 egg
- 3-4 slices of Zwieback or sugared toast
- Sauce:
- 8 oz. can tomato sauce
- 3-4 stalks celery, diced
- 1 small green pepper (chopped)
- 1 small jar of stuffed olives sliced
Instructions
- Mix meat ball ingredients thoroughly.
- Make into very small balls.
- Brown in small amount of fat.
- Place meatballs in casserole dish and cover with sauce.
- Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
- Serve with rice or noodles.
