- 4 c. diced cooked chicken
- 4 c. sliced celery
- 2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 c. sliced almonds
- 4 Tbsp Lemon juice
- 4 tsp onion 1 tsp. salt
- 1 c. sliced water chestnuts

Hi Eva! Sorry I didn’t see this before, I’ve been without a computer for a while. I am posting recipes from my grandma’s cookbooks and so many of them seem incomplete or contain ingredients I’ve never heard of! This one was my step father’s moms, and I tried to call her daughter to find out if it is served over noodles, but she didn’t answer the phone and I couldn’t leave a message. I’ll try again later and get back to you, or you could just be bold and serve it any way you want!
