Ingredients
- 10 cups zucchini, ground
- 6 onions, chopped
- ½ cup salt
- water
- 2¼ cup vinegar
- 4 cups sugar
- 1 tsp nutmeg
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 Tbsp cornstarch
- 1 Tbsp celery seed
- 1 Tbsp mustard seed
Instructions
- Grind squash.
- Add onion and salt
- Let stand overnight.
- In the morning, rinse and drain good in cool water.
- Add remaining ingredients.
- Seal while hot.
