Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- ⅓ cup cooking sherry
- 1 squeeze lime
- ¾ cup pineapple
- 4 Tbs. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. grated orange peel
- 1 whole orange, sliced
- ⅓ cup orange juice
- 2 jiggers of Tanquerey
Instructions
- Bring to a boil and let simmer on low flame, 15 minutes.
- Cook breast of turkey.
- Drain fat and water after 30 minutes cooking time.
- Add fruit glaze and finish cooking until tender.
