- 1½ lbs. ground beef, formed into 1" balls
- ¾ c. oil
- Batter:
- ½ tsp. salt
- ⅛ tsp. pepper
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 2 eggs
- Sauce:
- 3 sliced green peppers
- 1½ c chicken broth (May use boullion)
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 tsp Accent
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- ¾ c. sugar
- 6 slices pineapple, diced
- ¾ c. vinegar
- Make batter from flour eggs, salt and pepper.
- Dip meatballs into batter.
- Fry in oil until brown. Remove meatballs from pan and drain excess oil.
- Cook chicken broth, peppers, and pineapple for 1 minute.
- Add other ingredients.
- Cook and stir constantly until it thickens.
- Add meatballs.
- Simmer 15 minutes.
